Case Support Administrator

A leading company in the Earls Colne area is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Support Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up new applications for property valuations on the company database and log relevant data.
  • Arrange property valuations with local estate agents to value properties accurately.
  • Coordinate viewings on properties with field agents to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Compile and create marketing reports to showcase property listings.
  • Arrange Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for properties.
  • Process invoices on internal systems to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Write valuation reports for probate purposes, requiring attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Arrange photography for properties being placed on the market.
  • Occasionally attend client offices to provide support and build relationships.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to use initiative and work independently, with a flexible approach to meet changing demands.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the Property and Housing industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
