**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the pastry section, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
* Create high-quality desserts and pastries that meet hotel standards
* Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
* Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie in a luxury hotel environment
* Strong background in pastry arts and a passion for baking
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
