**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team at ZEISS Group as a Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our range of Electron Microscopes, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and building strong relationships with our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet daily service needs, including diagnosis and repair, routine preventive maintenance, installation, and commissioning of Electron Microscopes.
- Document all service work and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
- Order, install, and return parts, managing the repair parts cycle time and spare-part management.
- Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment.
- Find alternative solutions for customers when products cannot be repaired in time.
- Provide technical support to customers and colleagues as required.
