Business Development Manager

CV Screen Ltd is recruiting for a Sales Manager with experience of selling precision engineer solutions for a well-established organisation.
Role DetailsYour role as Sales Manager will see you drive the sales initiatives and market presence in the optical components and optical systems industries and deliver its revenue targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to engage new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospect new ones.
- Understand client requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings to provide expert guidance.
- Lead the sales activities to achieve the sales targets and coordinate events and campaigns.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Plan and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and showcase products.
The Sales Manager will have the majority of the following experience:
- A track record of multiple project control, budget control, implementation, and planning.
- Strong understanding of precision engineering principles, processes, technologies, and ideally, optics.
- Proven experience in technical sales and business development management.
- Previous experience leading and managing a team.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Full driving license.
Basic salary up to £48,000 + Excellent Benefits. Office based in Chester, with occasional travel in the UK.
