Job Title: Shift Leader

We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfied guests
  • Train and coach the team to maintain high standards
  • Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift
  • Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and high level of proficiency in restaurant operations
  • Provide coaching and feedback to the team
  • Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Follow and enforce all cash policies; address and document any policy violations
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
