Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at GPS Hospitality. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to develop and implement business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and training to restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
