Restaurant General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Burger King restaurant team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the restaurant team to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
  • Implement marketing promotions and drive sales growth
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with other restaurant leaders to achieve company goals
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail setting
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
