In this role, you will oversee the stockroom operations, manage deliveries, and prepare the kitchen for daily service. Your responsibilities will include setting up the kitchen by 9am, executing preparation tasks in accordance with our standards, batch cooking, and collaborating with the team to ensure a successful service.

What We Expect From You:

  • Local residency to ensure timely arrival for early shifts
  • Previous experience in kitchen or catering environments
  • Ability to manage morning deliveries and handle invoices
  • Understanding of proper storage, labeling, and rotation of goods
  • Experience collaborating with Head Chefs and Sous Chefs on stock management and ordering
  • Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards in all storage areas, adhering to Food Safety regulations
  • Willingness to assist with breakfast and brunch services
  • Attention to detail for deep cleaning tasks as required
  • Administrative support for maintaining Back of House records, including temperature and probe checks
