Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Service Team Supervisor to lead our Homelessness service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide your team to cultivate a positive culture within the service.
  • Conduct effective supervision and team meetings, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
  • Oversee the personal development of team members, identifying high achievers for succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as stipulated in the Contract.
  • Manage safeguarding cases in accordance with established protocols and report to relevant management.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring all responsibilities are met within the framework of local protocols.
  • Follow all policies and procedures of Look Ahead Care, Support & Housing, including statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

Essential: A degree or equivalent qualification.
