About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Business Applications team as a Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on the use of our software applications
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to software applications and business processes
  • Collaborate with the analyst/developer team to develop and implement new software solutions
  • Work with the project support team to improve business processes and provide training to colleagues
  • Develop and maintain digital forms, chatbots, and other solutions to support business needs
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong interest in IT and a passion for learning. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable technical skills or experience in customer support, and be able to work independently and proactively seek solutions. Experience using Aareon QL or working in social housing is desirable but not essential.
