Community Support Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist to join our team in Evesham, Worcestershire. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on empowering individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized support, enabling people to develop new skills, build confidence, and maintain meaningful relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily support and care to learning disabled adults in their own homes and in our supported living services.
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as medication management, cooking, and personal care.
- Encouraging and supporting individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, rising to £11.74 per hour on 1st October 2024, as well as a range of benefits, including generous holidays, pay incentives, and training opportunities.
