HF Trust is seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist to join our team in Evesham. As a Community Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes and in our supported living services.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as medication management, cooking, and household chores.
  • Encourage individuals to develop new skills and interests, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure seamless support.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate, rising to £ per hour on 1st October 2024.
  • A variety of day shifts, including full-time and part-time roles.
  • Generous holidays, including 33 days of annual leave and eight statutory bank holidays.
  • Training and development opportunities, including a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
