Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our client's dynamic team within the aerospace sector. This role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of quality in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assurance support to various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a quality liaison to ensure that all requirements are clearly understood, leading efforts in complaint resolution and corrective actions.
- Support manufacturing operations by collecting and analyzing quality data to uphold product and process quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and enhance Quality Management Systems across the organization.
- Participate in internal audits of Quality Systems and complete necessary documentation to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Analyze quality metrics and conduct periodic reviews to identify gaps and recommend actionable plans.
- Utilize statistical data to assess product and process performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of quality assurance training programs.
- Assist in product development and launch activities, focusing on customer expectations and reliability analysis.
- Evaluate process capabilities and control plans, addressing any out-of-control conditions.
- Develop and audit inspection and testing protocols, standards, and procedures.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Utilize database systems and Microsoft Office applications effectively.
- Apply Six Sigma, 8D methodologies, root cause analysis, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Maintain knowledge of industry-specific quality registration schemes and certification processes.
- Understand product specifications and testing requirements, including engineering design concepts.
