As a Community Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our vibrant community, concentrating on operational effectiveness and efficiency as we grow the Client Community Leaders initiative. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various internal and external partners and engaging with our top contributors.

- Tools Management: In this role, you will oversee the community technology stack and vendor partnerships for the Client Community Leaders initiative, ensuring they adapt seamlessly to our evolving requirements. You may collaborate with platforms such as Open and Slack. Success in this position necessitates analytical thinking and a methodical approach.
- Merchandise Coordination: Each year, we manage a variety of bulk orders, from replenishing stock to introducing new merchandise for significant events. You will be responsible for placing new merchandise orders, tracking budgets, monitoring inventory, submitting feature requests, and suggesting enhancements. Strong project management abilities and timely execution are essential for success in this area.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for a successful Community Engagement Manager within our fully remote team. You will engage in diverse forms of communication, including verbal, written, presentations, facilitation, and collaboration, with both the internal team and Community Leaders.
- Issue Resolution: You will handle a variety of service desk inquiries and tooling challenges for Community Leaders in the initiative. Exceptional customer service and empathy will be highly valued in this role.
- Documentation Procedures: Assist in creating a change log for program, platform, and documentation updates.
- Project Leadership: Spearhead new initiatives and projects, developing processes to ensure their successful implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with various platforms and tools such as Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence Cloud.
- Experience managing merchandise budgets.
- Experience maintaining vendor relationships.
- Experience collaborating with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Ability to work independently.
