  • Technology Management: In this role, you will oversee the community technology infrastructure and vendor partnerships for the Client Community Leader initiative, ensuring they adapt seamlessly to our evolving requirements. You may collaborate closely with platforms such as Open and Slack. Success in this position demands analytical thinking and a methodical approach.
  • Merchandise Management: Each year, you will manage various bulk orders, from replenishing stock to introducing new promotional items for significant events. Your duties will include placing new merchandise orders, monitoring budgets, tracking inventory, submitting feature requests, and suggesting enhancements. Strong project management capabilities and an acute sense of time management are essential for success in this area.
  • Effective Communication: Proficient communication is crucial for a successful Operations Manager within our fully remote environment. You will engage in various communication formats, including verbal discussions, written correspondence, presentations, facilitation, and collaboration with both the internal team and Community Leaders.
  • Issue Resolution: You will address a range of service desk inquiries and tooling challenges faced by Community Leaders in the program. Exceptional customer service skills and empathy will be highly valued in these interactions.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in creating a change log for updates related to the program, platform, and documentation.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead new initiatives and projects, establishing processes to ensure their successful implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with platforms and tools such as Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence Cloud.
  • Proven track record in managing merchandise budgets.
  • Experience in maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work with teams across various locations and time zones.
  • Comfortable working independently.
