Role Objective

The primary aim of this position is to deliver outstanding customer support while addressing intricate customer inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer support through multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Address complex customer service requirements to provide tailored resolutions for each case.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to synchronize and enhance customer care processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and offer recommendations to refine customer care procedures, while providing feedback and coaching to colleagues.
  • Design and implement customer care protocols and controls to minimize risks and ensure efficient operations.
  • Resolve specific customer inquiries and issues regarding the bank's products and services, including account balances, transactions, and payments.
  • Develop and present reports on customer care performance, communicating insights to senior internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to adopt best practices that enhance customer care efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide guidance to key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management, on areas of functional and cross-functional impact.
  • Assess and manage risks to support the control and governance framework.
  • Exhibit leadership and accountability in managing risks and reinforcing controls related to team operations.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of organizational functions to contribute to business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to stay informed about business activities and strategies.

Success in this role may be assessed based on critical skills such as extensive experience in developing, managing, and executing automated testing routines and scripts, the ability to conduct testing throughout the entire development, implementation, and operational lifecycle using methodologies like TDD, BDD, SBE, and ATDD, as well as knowledge of UI and API testing, including data integrations and connectors. Additional relevant skills include proficiency in Continuous Integration tools and testing frameworks such as Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, Junit, and Jmeter, along with experience in various test types including stress, load, spike, soak, volume, and capacity testing, as well as exposure to security and penetration testing.
