Join us in the role of Senior Test Engineer Permissions at Barclays, where you will contribute to the advancement of a new digital platform capability, modernizing our digital infrastructure to create a leading digital experience centered around customer satisfaction. This pivotal role involves collaboration with engineering and product teams aligned with business objectives, fostering a cooperative team culture at the core of our operations.

Candidates may be evaluated on essential skills pertinent to success in this role, including extensive experience in developing, managing, and executing automated testing routines and scripts, as well as the ability to conduct testing throughout the entire development, implementation, and operational lifecycle using methodologies such as TDD, BDD, SBE, and ATDD. Proficiency in UI and API testing, along with testing Data Integrations and connectors, is also required. Additional relevant skills include familiarity with Continuous Integration tools and testing frameworks such as Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, Junit, and Jmeter, as well as coverage in stress, load, spike, soak, volume, and capacity testing, with prior exposure to security and penetration testing being advantageous.

This position will be based in the UK.
