Position Overview:
IC Resources is seeking a dedicated Senior Test Engineer to enhance our dynamic team focused on the development, production, evaluation, and deployment of advanced board and system-level testing apparatus for innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, construct, and implement testing apparatus.
  • Create testing specifications and compile detailed manufacturing documentation for testing equipment.
  • Innovate tools, methodologies, and strategies to improve testing apparatus design.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader engineering team to establish a design-for-test (DFT) approach for new product initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to all technical compliance and regulatory requirements, including the upkeep of pertinent testing documentation and certifications.
  • Oversee and coordinate external laboratory testing to guarantee products achieve all necessary regulatory certifications.
  • Advise engineers on regulatory compliance throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a testing and regulatory compliance engineer within an industrial setting.
  • Expertise in microcontrollers, FPGA, CPLD, and mixed-signal circuit designs, including ADC and DAC.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, CAN Bus, I2C, SPI, and USB.
  • Experience with schematic capture, PCB design, and layout software.
  • Hands-on experience in software development for testing equipment, including scripting languages, C, C++, and in-circuit debugging (ICD). Strong troubleshooting skills with the capability to integrate and validate electronic and system designs.
