Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Specification Sales Manager to join our team at JAB Group, a leading recruitment agency specializing in sales professionals within the building industry.
This role is crucial to the success of our clients, who are building product manufacturers, specialist distributors, merchants, and contractors. As a Project Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, ensuring the conversion of projects won, and tracking projects to secure sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience in specification sales and project tracking, preferably in the civils sector or building products sector. You will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with customers, mainly consultants and contractors, to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure successful project completion
- Track projects to secure sales and drive revenue growth

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
Requirements:
- Experience in specification sales and project tracking
