Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care coordinators, team leaders, and support staff to maintain branch compliance and provide continuity of care to our clients. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a keen focus on client retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of care coordinators, team leaders, and support staff to maintain branch compliance and provide continuity of care to our clients.
- Report to and support a CQC registered branch manager, maintaining branch quality and compliance.
- Support the managerial overview and day-to-day operation of the branch, overseeing the delivery of care.
- Participate in a backup rota, supporting our on-call team to run the service outside of office hours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, social care professionals, local authorities, and funding bodies.
- Promote growth of the branch, using initiative and creative ideas to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee values-based recruitment processes, conducting interviews and ensuring safe staffing levels are maintained.

Requirements

Mayfair Homecare offers a competitive salary of £27,000, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. This role has scope to progress quickly to a CQC Registered Manager position, with full support provided to ensure the successful candidate is prepared for that role.
