Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home
  • NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People/Children's Residential Workforce
  • Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures
  • Highly driven, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with strong people management skills
  • Experience with budgets and rotas
  • Full driving license is essential
