Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in the Southampton area. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional store standards and driving business growth.
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain high store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Work collaboratively with other store leaders to achieve business objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Management experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience managing medium to large-sized teams
- A history of working towards and successfully delivering KPIs
- Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays
