Deputy Store Manager

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will be a key player in driving store performance and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and leading by example to support your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:- Set a high standard for the Store Team and customers
- Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve their full potential every day
- Monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing all customer queries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines
- Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and customers
- A knack for time management, delegation, and problem-solving
- The confidence to support your team through every shift
- A commitment to delivering unmatched customer service
- The ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs
