About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in building stronger relationships with our customers, increasing engagement and retention, and driving customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email and mobile app calendars for our premium and luxury websites, aligning with wider teams to support business objectives.
  • Responsible for briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all email and mobile app notifications.
  • Implement ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance, feeding results back to the wider business.
  • Identify key customer segments and target them across relevant programmes to increase the engaged customer database and their value.
  • Build a good relationship with the email service provider, ensuring all areas of the platform are utilised and optimised.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry insights and email marketing trends.
Requirements
  • A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and determination to achieve results, including those achieved through influence on related teams.
  • Numerate and analytical, with the ability to provide insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Experience in working with an email service provider.
  • Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation.
  • Experience in the retail sector is desirable, though not essential.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time.
