Job Title: CRM Executive

At Frasers Group, we're rethinking retail through digital innovation and unique store experiences. As a CRM Executive, you'll play a crucial role in building stronger relationships with our customers, increasing engagement and retention, and driving customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement email and mobile app campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with the Digital Trading Manager to deliver the CRM strategy for our Premium and Luxury websites.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and CRM.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM and email marketing, with a focus on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent commercial skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with email service providers and CRM software.
