About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, increasing engagement and retention, and driving customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Manage and optimize email and mobile app campaigns to improve customer experience and increase conversions
  • Work closely with the Digital Trading Manager to deliver the CRM strategy for our Premium and Luxury websites
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM and digital marketing, with a focus on email and mobile app campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM software and email service providers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
