Mirion Technologies UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QHSE & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide administrative support to our QHSE Director and contribute to the success of our UK business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for site facilities management, including maintenance of documented information.
  • Collect and enter weekly time-sheets into our ERP System.
  • Administer customer complaints and warranty claims.
  • Support asset management, including servicing and calibration of assets.
  • Manage safety-related training, including tracking events and liaising with trainees and providers.
  • Lead the maintenance of documented information, including BMS documents.
  • Administer classified workers and radiation workers records.
  • Support export controls tasks.
  • Participate in internal and external ISO-related audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of RAM's and COSHH risk assessments.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstratable skills in the preparation and management of documented information.
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess priorities and work on own initiative.
  • Results-focused and committed to achieving deadlines.
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
