About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Coordinator to join our QHSE team at Mirion Technologies UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the development, maintenance, and improvement of our tri-ISO certified Management System.

The successful candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering or technology environment. Strong administrative skills, including the preparation and management of documented information, are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the QHSE Director and other operational teams, focusing on the preparation and management of documented information.
  • Support the administration of customer complaints, asset management, and safety-related training.
  • Lead the maintenance of documented information, including BMS documents and Radiation Safety Passports.
  • Assist with the maintenance of product classification records and support export control activities.
  • Participate in QHSE-related audit activities and provide administrative support during integrated management system audits.
  • Prepare QHSE performance dashboards using MS Office applications and participate in visual management projects.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering or technology environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable skills in the preparation and management of documented information.
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess priorities and work on own initiative.
  • Results-focused and committed to achieving deadlines.
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Hands-on approach and excellent written and oral communication skills.
