About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Buzzworks. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding food quality and service.
  • Develop and execute innovative food offerings that meet the high standards of our brand.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to create a cohesive and efficient kitchen team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our culinary offerings.
