About the Role:

The Tree House is a leading hospitality company, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding food quality and service.
  • Develop and execute innovative food offerings, working closely with our Head Chef to create a dynamic and engaging menu.
  • Collaborate with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure efficient kitchen operations, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
