Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to key stakeholders, facilitating the efficient operation of safeguarding protocols.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, including agenda preparation and precise minute-taking.
  • Generate various reports and data analyses to support the implementation of safeguarding initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with all relevant parties, ensuring effective communication.
  • Independently manage your workload while contributing to the overarching goals of the team.
  • Effectively utilize IT systems to manage information, communications, and data.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Business Support Officer.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in various IT systems, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
  • Ability to produce diverse reports and manage data efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Ideally, familiarity with Children's Safeguarding practices.
