Job Overview

Client Engagement: Serve as the main liaison for clients, advocating for their needs within the organization; Cultivate robust relationships with clients to comprehend their business requirements, service expectations, and motivations. Customer Satisfaction: Take ownership of the client experience, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service. Process Management: Guarantee seamless shipment execution by collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. Compliance: Follow established processes in accordance with agreed execution standards and specific client instructions, while monitoring relevant performance indicators. Business Development: Recognize and pursue opportunities for upselling; Enhance value through network collaboration.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in airfreight export operations, with familiarity in air import processes being advantageous. Results-driven and proactive. Strong collaboration and influencing skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Proficient communication skills. Knowledge of operational systems. Customer-focused mindset. Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end air processes. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in written and spoken English.
