We are currently in search of a proficient and experienced Air Freight Operations Supervisor to enhance our vibrant team at the London Heathrow office.

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in air freight operations along with prior experience in a supervisory capacity.



Key Responsibilities of the Air Freight Operations Supervisor:

- Lead and manage a team of air freight operators, offering direction and support to ensure the team achieves and surpasses performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Organize and oversee air freight shipments, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.

- Liaise with both internal and external partners to facilitate a seamless logistics process.

- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering their continuous professional development and advancement.

- Evaluate and enhance operational workflows to boost efficiency and service quality.

- Demonstrated experience in air freight operations, with a comprehensive understanding of air cargo processes and compliance requirements.
