Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Analyst to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Service Improvement team, you will be responsible for continually reviewing the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of our Customer Operations activities and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Identify and promote self-service opportunities to reduce the need for customer contact.
  • Project Management: Plan and coordinate project deliverables and business improvement initiatives across Customer & Retail Care, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Management: Provide governance and content management of our knowledge management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to our teams.
  • Risk Management: Support the department in identifying and managing risk and compliance, ensuring our operations are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure effective communication.

Requirements

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing conceptual projects through to implementation, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrable experience of testing, verification, and validation techniques, as well as project management processes and methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective communication across teams.
