Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team in Watford. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the administration and logistical aspects of our business
- Track orders from suppliers internationally to our UK fulfilment provider
- Ensure product volumes are checked and confirmed upon receipt
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain minimum stock levels
- Regularly review inventory and monitor returns
- Perform stock reconciliations following reports for third-party suppliers
- Run sales reports on a monthly basis
- Work collaboratively as part of a small team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administration experience
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience of running reports
- Reliable and committed
- Happy to be office-based
- Must live locally to Watford
