Job Overview

This role is a vital link between the Management and Sales staff, taking responsibility for various processes within the store, including monitoring and driving sales, and suggesting ideas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent levels of customer service are provided, deal with customer complaints and enquiries, and monitor the personal appearance of sales staff.
  • Sales: Ensure targets are achieved, monitor the service of sales staff, and manage in-store devices to offer customers the full product range.
  • Visual Merchandising: Attract and engage customers through visual techniques, maintain the store to the highest standard, and keep stock, clean, and presentable.
  • Training & Development: Encourage personal progression, assist in maintaining team progression, and provide assistance with the induction and training of new starters.
Requirements
  • Retail management experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
