SIA Licensed Security Officer - Kettering General Hospital

SGC Security Services is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to join their team at Kettering General Hospital. As a key member of the security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents in a professional and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and hospital staff to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Enforce hospital policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Licence.
  • Previous security experience.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual handling duties.

Working Hours:

  • 12-hour shifts.
  • Day, night, and overtime shifts.
