Job Title: Hardware Deployment Systems Engineer

Quantinuum is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Deployment Systems Engineer to join our team in Broomfield, CO or Golden Valley, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful deployment of our on-premises QPUs to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the deployment of QPUs to customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and testing.
  • Analyze and manage complex requirements for our QPUs and subsystems related to hardware deployment, focusing on shipping, deployability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for testing, disassembly, and deployment protocols, working closely with subsystem and integration teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of On-Premises hardware deployability from unit to unit and generation to generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business success, technical progress, and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree minimum in engineering or physical sciences.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Deployment Engineer, or technical contributor in an R&D or hardware production environment.
  • Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • M.S or Ph.D. in engineering or physical sciences.
  • Experience with product life cycle, specifically deployment of hardware, such as high-performance computing, large-scale scientific collaborations, manufacturing, and/or analysis equipment.
  • Fluency in Model-Based Systems Engineering and previous experience with Cameo and SysML.
  • Deep familiarity with test planning, design for deployment, and the FMEA and RCA process.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable. Estimated Salary Wage: $125,000 - $150,000 Annually
