- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient care and service delivery.
- Manage the hospital's budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective financial management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Hospital Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient care and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
