Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient care and service delivery.
  • Manage the hospital's budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Hospital Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient care and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
