Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to join our team at Linkster Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the automation of equipment and machines within our client's facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using PLC programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems, including technical specifications and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology, applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automation systems engineering, with a focus on PLC programming and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
