About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to clients with complex mental health needs, including administering medication and completing cleaning and household tasks.
  • Support clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, and assist them with financial matters.
  • Observe, monitor, and record client information, and provide support to ensure their well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide group activities and support clients to engage with the local community.
Requirements
  • Ability to be resilient and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience working with clients with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, or substance misuse is preferred but not essential.
  • Full training will be provided, and we will support you through your Health and Social Care qualifications.
