Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Fresh Horticultural Careers. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of gardening and maintenance professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our horticultural services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of gardening and maintenance professionals
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of horticultural equipment and machinery
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and protocols
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety in the workplace
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising a small team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of horticultural equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; RHS level 2 horticulture or NVQ level 3 or equivalent preferred
