Main Responsibilities

The role encompasses patient evaluation and the provision of physiotherapy interventions to the Worcestershire population across various services, including MSK Out-Patients, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation, and Community Physiotherapy in Reablement.

The successful applicant will function as an autonomous practitioner, managing a caseload while employing evidence-based and patient-centered principles to assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs, delegating responsibilities as necessary. The candidate should be a collaborative team member with a flexible mindset and effective communication skills.

Additionally, there will be opportunities to contribute to service development and to mentor and supervise other clinicians and students, playing a role in shaping future service delivery and workforce.
