Main Responsibilities
The role encompasses patient evaluation and the provision of physiotherapy interventions to the Worcestershire population across various services, including MSK Out-Patients, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation, and Community Physiotherapy in Reablement.
The successful applicant will function as an autonomous practitioner, managing a caseload while employing evidence-based and patient-centered methodologies to assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs, delegating responsibilities as appropriate. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a flexible mindset and strong communication skills.
Additionally, there will be opportunities to contribute to service development and to mentor and supervise other clinicians and students, helping to shape future service delivery and workforce.
