Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical audit and data analysis to inform best practices and improve service quality.
- Advise on mobility and manual handling devices, and source specialist equipment to meet residents' complex physical needs.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in specialist neurological care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment programs.
