Opportunity for a Home Manager at Inspire Neurocare

We are seeking a highly experienced Home Manager to join our team at Inspire Neurocare in Worcester. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading our care home services and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the care home team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure that our care home services are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our care home services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years experience working as a Registered Manager, preferably within a Neurological environment.
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN (preference)
  • Knowledge of clinical standards and policies with a sound understanding and experience of Neurological conditions and working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including word and Excel
  • Understand and demonstrate empathy and possess a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
