As a Field Care Supervisor at Radfield Home Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services to our clients in Worcestershire. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and lead our care professionals in providing high-quality care that makes a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of care services, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care. You will be visiting clients to review and assess the work of our care professionals, providing feedback for training and development, and supervising, supporting, and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, has previous experience in providing personal care, and has a UK driver's license. You will also need to have access to a vehicle and be over the age of 18.
