About the Role:

Caremark Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a list of service users, undertaking client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates, handovers, and assessments for our reablement service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of staff assigned to you by performing supervisions, undertaking competency checks & spot checks, training new members of staff where required in the community, and ensuring staff are happy within their roles.
  • Liaise with Social Services and other health professionals about changes in circumstances and requirements to maintain customers' required level and standard of service.
  • Ensure the efficient running of your own specific, defined areas and vary your hours of work to effectively monitor and support all Care & Support Workers and clients.

  • Self-motivated & well-organized.
  • Flexible working approach.
  • Caring, sensitive, and supportive to the needs of others.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Good recording and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
