Experienced Registered Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our residential childcare team at The Cambian Group. As a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering high-quality care, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our homes, providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of colleagues to manage daily life within the home, inspiring and motivating them to provide exceptional care and support.
- Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and maintain a high standard of care and quality.
- Organize work patterns, facilitate training, and access appropriate services to support childcare practices within the home.
- Design, implement, and monitor care and education plans to meet the individual needs of our children and young people.
- Recruit and manage a compassionate and motivated team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated home with a rating of Good or above.
- Experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviors, including mental health and behavioral problems.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent knowledge of current legislations, including The Children's Homes England Regulations, Quality Standards, and The Children's Act.
