We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Strategic Housing Programme Team as a Housing Policy Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, including operating management information systems for the collation and monitoring of statistical analysis reports.
Key responsibilities will include assessing affordable housing applications, responding to customer enquiries, and supporting the team in the management of existing homes and delivery of new homes.
The ideal candidate will possess sound analytical skills, experience of monitoring statistics and interpreting data, and a good understanding of housing need.
They will also be fully computer literate with a working knowledge of appropriate computer applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
In return, we offer a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
The successful candidate will be required to work from an office in Ellesmere Port for one day a week, with the remainder of their working days being remote home-based.
